Ceramic Pro After Care & Washing Techniques

Congratulations on your brand new Ceramic Pro coating

To maximize the effects of Ceramic Pro and to insure your investment is long-lasting, a few basic maintenance steps should be taken. With simple care, your coating will reward you for years to come.

The Curing Period

The curing period lasts about 3-4 weeks depending on environmental factors like temperature and humidity.

During this period, avoid:

Parking under trees
Allowing bird droppings, pollen, or tree sap to sit on the car or bake in the sun
Washing or abrading the paint

If you notice that your car gets water spots, bird droppings, bugs, tree sap or other contaminants during the first two weeks, immediately remove it with warm water and a microfiber cloth. Keep in mind the coating is still soft. Be gentle when working on the paint.

What to do and what not to do!

Car Washes

DO Hand Wash & Touchless Wash.

Do NOT go through automatic brush wash.

Home Washing

DO Quality car wash soap with no wax. 350 gsm microfiber wash & dry. Wash in shade.

Do NOT wash in sun, wax, polish or use abrasive towels.
